Hi, I’m Iris,
I’m a Wellness & Leadership Coach, Founder of RARE FORTUNE, and the Creator of the Vibrance Collective.
My mission?
To help purpose-driven leaders and entrepreneurs just like YOU break free from burnout, reconnect with your heart and soul, and achieve your most ambitious dreams – without sacrificing your well-being.
Since 2017, I’ve guided thousands of leaders to step into their purpose, level up their careers, and create lives and businesses that feel deeply aligned.
But my journey here wasn’t without its challenges.
After years of hustling in high-pressure industries like advertising, consulting, and startups, I found myself on the brink of collapse. The stress and grind that I believed were the “price of success” were slowly but surely eroding my health, happiness, and passion for life.
In 2024, I hit rock bottom. Burnt out and lost, I made the scariest decision of my life – I quit my job without a plan. With only a few months’ savings, I relied on years of wellness tools to heal, rebuild, and rediscover my purpose.
Within weeks, I relaunched my business, attracted a steady stream of aligned clients, and created the calm, fulfilling, and purpose-driven life I’d always envisioned. Now I’m here to help you do the same!
